Important:

  • Backup all your data before flashing because this process usually wipes your phone’s data.
  • Ensure your phone is fully charged (at least 50% battery).
  • Unlock the bootloader if it's not already unlocked.
  • Follow the steps carefully to avoid bricking your device.

Requirements:

  1. MIUI ROM (Global Stable ROM) that matches your device’s codename "Selene".
  2. Mi Flash Tool or Fastboot/ADB (depending on your flashing method).
  3. USB drivers for your device installed on your computer.

Steps to Flash Redmi 10 (2022) Global ROM:

Method 1: Using MI Flash Tool (for Fastboot ROM)

Step 1: Unlock Bootloader (If not already done)
  1. Go to Mi Unlock website and sign in with your Mi account.
  2. Follow the instructions to unlock the bootloader (this will wipe your data).
  3. Make sure USB Debugging and OEM Unlocking are enabled:
    • Go to Settings > About Phone, tap on MIUI Version 7 times to unlock Developer options.
    • Go to Settings > Additional Settings > Developer Options, enable OEM Unlocking and USB Debugging.
Step 2: Install Mi Flash Tool
  1. Download and install Mi Flash Tool on your Windows PC.
  2. Download the Fastboot ROM for Redmi 10 (2022), make sure it's the correct version for your region (Global version).
  3. Extract the Fastboot ROM zip file to a folder on your PC.
Step 3: Boot Your Device into Fastboot Mode
  1. Power off your device.
